A new connection is taking shape between Generation Sportive and the university community in the United States.
After experiencing the work of Tibu Africa firsthand in Morocco through the Global Sports Entrepreneurship Program in Casablanca, Mya Schrecengost, a student at the University of Akron’s College of Business, is now joining Generation Sportive as its ambassador at the University of Akron.
In this new role, Mya will help raise awareness of Generation Sportive within the university community, share the program’s vision with students and faculty, and create new connections with people interested in supporting the initiative.
This new chapter supports Generation Sportive’s ambitious goal of expanding to 8,000 public primary schools, reaching more than 4.5 million children across Morocco, and contributing to the creation of 10,000 employment opportunities for Moroccan youth.
It also builds on the relationship between Tibu Africa and the University of Akron, turning an experience that began in Morocco into a new opportunity for engagement and international collaboration.
Welcome to the Generation Sportive journey, Mya!
